About three courses exams

"According to Article 27, Paragraph 6 of our University's Associate and Undergraduate Education and Training Regulations, the dates for the “three-course exams” included in the academic calendar for associate and undergraduate programs have been updated for the Spring semester of the 2024–2025 academic year. In line with the decision of our Senate dated April 24, 2025, and numbered 2025-69, these exams will now be held between July 21–25, 2025.

Additionally, the exams to be held between September 22–28, 2025, for students who have at most three courses remaining to graduate at the end of the Spring Semester—according to the academic calendar for the 2025–2026 academic year approved by our Senate—will be conducted as scheduled only for this year. Students who fall under this category may benefit from both exam sessions if necessary.

Students with a maximum of three remaining courses to graduate must apply to the head of their respective programs with a petition. Based on the evaluation, those who have fulfilled the attendance requirements and have failed in no more than three courses will be eligible to take these exams with the approval of the relevant faculty/school administrative board."
